From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay. ”One of the best customer servicies that I have experienced so far. I can fully recomend this Hotel to anybody even IF you have travelled a lot. I will be back for sure.”

”I cannot find any bad words To describe Alpenhotel Fernau. The hotel was beautiful, staff was helpful and knew what they were doing, breakfast was great and hiking in the area was just unbelievable. If you happen To stay in the hotel and they happen To arrange a grillabend during your stay, make sure you're participating. The only negative thing- as nowadays almost everywhere- is the annoying know-it-all, want-it-all, can't-really-behave tourists who-sad To say- are usually Brits.”

”Everything excellent except there was no A/C. It is 100% needed. It get very hot in Summer.”

”Nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast”

”Lovely place to explore the area from”

”Siisti, loistava palvelu, hieno saunaosasto, erittäin rauhallinen hotelli ja ympäristö. Aamupala oikein hyvä, illallisessa hyvää yritystä jos pitää paikallisesta ruuasta.”

”Todella hieno hotelli! Suosittelen”

”Very helpful staff”

”Petit-déjeuner plus que complet!”
