”Loation is great, staff is so friendly, facilities good as well. Breakfast is realy good - quality ingredients and fresh produce. Bad things- no bottled water in the room? Very bizare for 4 star hotel. Room was cold as it uses standard radiators rather than air con so you cant realy set proper temperarure. ”

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”Staff were excellent and super polite and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, well equipped and clean. Only small compliaint is the thinness of walls - there was a surprising amount of noise from lifts/doors/guests especially from early morning. Not major and I would/will definitely stay again, but maybe something to know for lighter sleepers”

”The best thing about this hotel is the location in that you are literally across the road from the BP Arena if that is your purpose for visiting! The parking was easy (we used the multi storey which is only £10 for 24hours if you validate your ticket at hotel reception) It is located within the shopping centre but rooms are up high so no noise or disturbance. Everywhere is very clean and rooms are big and have everything you need (although everywhere looks a bit dated it’s not really a problem...
