Tilava, mukava loma-asunto sijaitsee Love Pointissa, Kentin saaren pohjoisosassa, Chesapeake-lahden ytimen sydämessä. Tämä rannalla sijaitseva kiinteistö sijaitsee historiallisen Love Point Hotel -lomakeskuksen entisen alueen vieressä. Hyvinvoivat perheet veivät kerran höyrylaivat Baltimore-laiturilta tyylikkäälle lomalle (nyt Love Point State Park). Kent-saaren himoitetulla koillisosalla on näkymät huvialuksille, kalastusaluksille ja joukko villieläimiä (mukaan lukien delfiinit olosuhteissa) - ei kaupallista laivaliikennettä / kiinnityspistettä täältä päin.

Koti: Suuri Master Suite w / oma poreallas ja suihku. Viisi makuuhuonetta suurella 3. kerroksen asuntolalla, nukkuu 19-23. Yksi makuuhuone ei vaadi portaita. Täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö, kokin ilo! Voi mahtua 50 illalliseen sisätiloissa ruokasalissa, aurinkohuoneessa ja kahdella suojatulla aurinkoterassilla, joista kaikista on kauniit näkymät. Upea takkahuone, jossa lämmönvaihto / puhallin.

Kiinteistövälitys: Tontteja on lähes neljä hehtaaria: korkea maa talon ja pihan ympärillä, 1/2 hehtaarin vuorovesitilat ja kosteikot rantaa kohti, ja 240 metriä hiekkarantaa. Merellä sijaitsevat laiturit luovat rannalla suojatun laguunin, joka tarjoaa turvallisuuden lapsille uinnille ja kajakki- tai melontalautaoppijoille. Siellä on erinomainen lintujen tarkkailu auringonhuoneesta ja koillisesta auringon kuistilta, 40 jaardin päässä puolen hehtaarin vuorovesitilasta. Kiinteistö on suoraan veden toisella puolella Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge -alueelta. Lintujen tarkkailu on huippua aamukahvin tai hämärän aikana lajeista riippuen. Spectacular auringonlaskua veden yli. Paljon tilaa leikkiä ja vaeltaa. Ota kala ja rapuja suoraan omaisuudesta ja valmista juhla ryhmälle.

Sijainti ja alue: Kymmenen minuuttia mereneläviä ravintoloihin, baareihin, venesatamiin ja moniin muihin Kent Narrowsin aktiviteetteihin. Se on suoraan Bay Bridge -sillan yli Annapolisista ja 40 mailia St. Michaels. Lähellä DC: tä ja Baltimorea, se on vain 60 mailin päässä Springfieldistä, VA. Länsirannan vastakkaiselta tulee osa rannikkoliikennettä heti ottamalla ensimmäinen poistuminen Bay Bridge -sivuston jälkeen. Se näyttää maailman toiselta puolelta, kun saavut saarelle ja tunnet heti verenpaineesi laskun.

Erityiset huomautukset: Toimitetaan seitsemän kajakkia ja seitsemän melalautaa, meloilla ja pelastusliiveillä. Suuri ruohokenttä ryhmäurheiluun tai matkailuautojen / veneiden / perävaunujen pysäköintiin (100 'x 50'). Neljä hääpaikkaa saarella.

Doesn’t get any better than Love Point Idlyll!
I have stayed at Love Point Idlyll three times and cannot wait to return! We have visited in the winter and have had a blast. It’s so beautiful. I can only imagine how great it must be in the warmer weather. We have not taken advantage of the kayaks, bikes and the private beach. The house itself is well stocked with all the essentials and lots of unexpected mew extras. It’s ideal for a larger group. Finally, Hal is a great host and very responsive. Highest rating possible zzz!

Great for group of families
We rented Hal's home for our annual "Friendsgiving" with several families. The kitchen had plenty of space and was well appointed with cooking gear to prepare a big meal. The kids loved running around outside, exploring the beach area and having s'mores around the fire pit. Hal is a great host - very responsive and helpful. Hope to come back next year!

Best House Ever!!
We’ve been going to Annapolis for a church meeting every year since 2014. In the last three years a group of us have stayed together. This was by far the biggest group of 19 and it was our best stay ever. Hal is super responsive and nice. The kitchen was well stocked, house was so clean, water was hot and beds were comfortable. Perfect view of the sunrise each morning and the beach itself was phenomenal!! Even had some little creature swimming in the pond…not sure what it was but it was supper playful and fun to watch. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house and sit around a fire. Planning to travel up earlier next year Lord willing!

I cannot recommend this property enough!
It is hard to put into words just how extraordinary this property is and even more so the host, Hal. I held my wedding in the backyard and every single one of my guests raved about how amazing the house was and how well set up it is for parties of our size (45ppl). It is perfect for families as there is a ton of games and activities to keep kids busy and lots of different lounge areas so you never feel on top of each other. And it’s soooooo beautiful and tranquil. As for Hal. Wow. Honestly, the best house rental host I have ever had. He went above and beyond both ahead of time and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and more. It is clear he has hosted for a while because there are a lot of thoughtful touches in the house that really enhance guest experience (ex: xtra sunscreen and bug spray stocked down at the beach) . Overall, don’t think twice about booking this place. It is incredible! Thank you Hal for everything!

Easy Relaxing Stay
We rented this property for our annual work retreat. It was remote enough to be peaceful (and on the water!) and close enough to restaurants and groceries to keep us stocked. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Great location for group stay
I stayed here with a group of 5 coworkers for a team-building week. The house was a great location as it had lots of spaces for us to spread out when needed, as well as come together for meals and discussions. It's a historic home with funky decor - not modern but very comfortable and has everything you need. The short walk to the private beach is unbeatable. Would definitely come back!

Family friendly waterfront getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Love Point Idyll. The large house had everything we needed for a long weekend with multiple families and our dogs! The private beach is a short walk from the house and shallow enough for young kids to enjoy and parents to relax. The kayaks & paddle boards were a hit with everyone. This quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem; close to amenities but tucked away with great views of the bay. Hal was also extremely responsive & informative throughout the booking process and a great host overall. Definitely would return again!

FABULOUS Family-Vacation Location
Our multi-generational family had a wonderful week at Love Point Idyll. A quiet, world-away oasis. We spent the days outdoors, with lots of beach time on the lagoon. SO safe for the kids, and the older ones (ages 9,11, 13) were able to comfortably kayak, paddleboard and play in the water, catching little crabs. AWESOME bird watching (eagles and osprey!). Only 10 minutes away from grocery stores, coffee trucks, gas stations, and crab shacks. Spacious interior with well-equipped kitchen. Hal was great, responding to questions within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!
I can not express how lovely our stay was at Hal’s gorgeous house! From the well stocked large kitchen, to the oversized bedrooms, the wonderful screened in porch for our morning coffee, the beautiful TWO fire pits for s’mores and laughter! The property itself is so large you feel like you are in your own private oasis. The amazing thing you are also only 15 minutes away from a target & a supermarket! The private beach is a slice of heaven, honestly. Watching all my grandkids swim, paddle board, Kayak and fish was a great joy, for all of us. As if the house is not enough, there is an adorable winery 5 minutes down the road. Hal himself was so kind and helpful, extremely quick to respond. Our family highly recommends Hal’s Hidden Hideaway Oasis for your next family vacation!

Memorable Stay
For a family of 18 (10 adults & 8 children of varying ages) who love swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, golfing, eating, playing games and just being together, this home checked all the boxes. Set in a quiet neighborhood just down the road from farm fields and vineyards with views from the house looking out over the water, the location is ideal. The wildlife (deer, foxes, eagles and osprey) was spectacular and the homeowner Hal was friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun, wonderful and unforgettable family vacation.

Just Relax
This property had everything we needed for a multigenerational family gathering of 15. Space for everyone to gather for meals or games, and spaces for getting away to read, think, or just watch the birds and rabbits forage. All basic supplies are in place and plenty of room for our own grocery overstock. Host is available, friendly and helpful. We were in a perfect spot for our DC and Baltimore explorations, but I really wish we had a few more days to just stay onsite and enjoy the beach area, firepit, and quiet porch sitting. We will be back... One tip: do NOT buy ice at the liquor store beside the Food Lion

Annual Golf Trip
Whaat a nice property this is. A group of 10 of us stayed at the house & it was perfect, more beds than we needed actually. House was clean, tons on towels. We forgot coffee but owner supplies Keurig k-cups & to go cups. This was a nice touch. Firepit is great, screened in porch was awesome. We cooked a lot & kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was great & we can't wait to do it again next year.

Family fun on the bay
Fantastic property for multi-generational family fun. Beach lovers got their fill and land lovers enjoyed inside play time and bird watching from the all-season sunroom. Hal is a great host. Everything was as expected or better.

Wonderful time at Love Point Idyll
The home was clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable and had plenty of room to visit and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home for a getaway.

2nd Year; Our GO TO Place Now!
This is the second year we used this property for our annual friends board game weekend. We have about 18 adults from all over come for the weekend of fun and fellowship. The place works perfectly for us! The 4 bedrooms PLUS the "dorm" space on the 3rd level provide numerous bed options, and the kitchen is large enough for 3 people to easily work together on preparing meals for the entire group. The property is situated on a beautiful location with lots of wildlife. We saw beaver and NUMEROUS birds (egret, kingfisher, crane, heron, peacock, cardinal, etc.). The group enjoyed 1 of the outdoor firepits too. We talked about it this year, and this place is going to be the one we use from now on for our event.

Perfect Retreat House!
I planned a relaxing get-away retreat for myself and 23 other people, and this house could not have been more perfect! The wildlife and ambiance of the location is great to expereince, and we were all able to comfortably relax for the weekend. Thank you very much, Hal!
