You'll enjoy a great location with restaurants, a market, bike rentals, and the beach just a few steps away. St. Simons Island is your own little slice of paradise on the Atlantic Coast, and this home is right in the heart of it all! Walk just a few blocks east for shelling, swimming, and cycling on the beaches. Less than a mile away, visit the St. Simons Island Lighthouse and Museum for a fascinating history lesson, and don't miss Neptune Park, an oceanfront park with pools, water slides, and mini-golf. And when you're hungry, you'll find several restaurants within a mile of this home including Beachcomber BBQ & Grill, Porch for terrific Southern fare, and Mullet Bay for great seafood. You're also only a short walk from a local grocery store.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
