First of all, we were not sent any check in information. We were traveling all day and had to reach out to the owner after midnight while sitting in the parking lot, when we arrived. She did get back to us in a timely manner so that was appreciated. We followed all the rules, however we were charged $75 for 3 broken blinds that we did NOT break. They were already sitting in the corner when we arrived. Because it was made such a huge deal about the blinds, I even tried to fix them myself. But they were broken, clearly prior to us arriving. The cleaning person was quite rude to us for being a few minutes after check out time. I get there was a specific time but the rudeness was quite unnecessary. The condo is tiny, we were basically walking on each other. It was a decent stay for our 3 days but I would not be back, and I would not recommend.
