IRB Poolside Unit A Star5Vacations

Come enjoy our Indian Rocks Beach poolside oasis, just a few hundred feet from public beach access - located at the end of our street. You also have beautiful intercoastal water views at the opposite end of our street, where there is a public park area for you to enjoy. The private screened in porch has enough seating for everyone to enjoy the fresh, salty air and overlooks the shared pool area.

This is an open floorplan with the bedrooms off the foyer and living room, making them private from one another. The large master features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a large flat screen TV. In the hallway to your private attached bathroom, is a spacious walk in closet. directly across from the walk in is the laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. The master bathroom features a vanity/sink area with a door separating the shower and toilet area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. It is brand new and features 3 seats at the breakfast bar, which over looks the dining and living room area. The dining room table has 4 chairs, so together the bar and dining can accommodate every one comfortably.

The living room features a large, queen pull out sectional and faces a flat screen TV. The pullout was enhanced with a 4 inch memory foam mattress for maximum comfort. WIFI info is located on the TV stand in the living room for your convenience.

The guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located in a hallway off the living and dining room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity sink. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and a closet.

The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows/linens for pullout, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

The coffee maker is a Keurig Duo which uses single serve k-cups or a regular ground pot of coffee.

The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use.

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

Anniversary Vacation
We were hesitant to stray away from the typical hotel experience for our vacation but we were more than pleasantly surprised by our vrbo experience. We had the location to ourselves, no dealing with loud music, noisy children, people's pets, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or property overall. The pictures posted on the listing are accurate; there's a couple of minor maintenance issues that could use some TLC but overall the property is well maintained and very clean! We're already looking at dates for next year's anniversary celebration and would love to return!

We had never vacationed in Florida before. We found this condo on-line and booked. The location was great. Close to the beach. A block off of Gulf Blvd so easy access to restaurants. Condo updated. Great stay! Just one suggestion…add a railing to the stairs!

Squeaky old bed
We enjoyed our stay for the most part but the bed in the smaller bedroom squeaks every time you move. It sounds like old box springs. Also there should be extra blankets for cool nights especially since the highest temp you can set is 68 degrees.

Nice but old
This is an old apartment building that has been somewhat renovated. Location is great but property is lacking. The interior is clean with newer furnishings but almost every door was broken. Low ceilings with stains. Sliding Glass door shades were broken. Refrigerator was old. Screened porch is ratty, door broken, and needs renovations. The exterior of the building looks rough and stairs going up to unit are narrow and steep. Pool was clean but surrounded by a chain link fence- yuck. We had to straighten up all pool furniture and clean up the front yard which was full of debris. We won’t return here. Sorry.

Good all around experience
The unit was clean and modern. Lots of space. Great screened-in porch. Didn't think we'd need the pool but during a really windy day the beach wasn't that enjoyable and the pool was the perfect backup. Beach is just a block away and it was great to have chairs and towels provided (although the umbrella looked pretty sketchy when there were large wind gusts so we decided not to chance it). Managers were responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect property
Amazing property. Location was spot on. Everything we needed was available at the house including beach chairs coolers towels everything for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking there’s also a grill Which was nice to have. Highly recommend this property. We’re definitely gonna go back.

Great Beach Location
The property was a very short walk to the beach and the unit was equipped with all beach needs (chairs, cart, etc.). Restaurants and parks are within easy walking distance. The unit was spacious and very clean. The screen porch was a big plus. Although were didn’t take advantage of it, the pool was clean and of a good size. The unit came equipped with all essentials and appliances. Would highly recommend this unit to all who visit Indian Rocks Beach. As a very minor suggestion, might consider expanding the cookware to add some more coffee cups, pans and wine glasses. By in large, the kitchen was excellent. Again, this is highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our trip. Because of COVID-19 we could not stay in crowded places with our unvaccinated child. This property was exactly what we needed! Located next to a beautiful beach with limited parking, in the middle of an upscale residential area, this place was amazing! Having a heated pool was a great idea too. Our apartment was fully suited to accommodate little children. Thank you very much!

Great rental
Very clean and comfortable. Lots of extras included for going to the beach. Only drawback was the stairs getting in and out. If you can't do steep stairs don't rent. Thia place was wonderful otherwise. My grandchildren loved the pool.

Indian Rocks Beach
This town is a classic. Nothing fancy but to be able to walk places to eat is a plus. The location was perfect for us. The property is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The porch could use some repair/ screen door and the ice maker was not hooked up. We contacted property management but no one came out to look. A couple of ice trays would have been fine. The sprinklers ran on the same zone a lot and the landscaping could use some work. We enjoyed our stay. Much nicer than a hotel room.
