”It’s was clean but had an odd smell. Didn’t sleep well because the bed was too hard but my husband’s was soft. Over all I’d say I would stay there again. I would just take the softer bed 😹”

”We had a great stay at the Lockview. The owners/staff were kind and accommodating, bringing us extra blankets when we anticipated we might need them. We had everything we needed. The walls are pretty thin (standard in older U.P. motels), but all neighbors were quiet and considerate. In the winter, be sure to park a bit away from the front of the building as snow might fall from the roof (also standard U.P. wisdom!). Lots of places to eat and shops just a few steps away. ”

”We were there for a medical appointment at the hospital. It was a perfect location. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. I had made a few requests when booking and they went out of their way to accommodate them. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Things that could use some improvement: There was a stain on the other bed. Half empty tissue box and some broken parts under the toilet seat and small crack in the edge of the tub. Overall very clean everywhere else and all the staff was very nice. The staff who worked on Thursday till 11 pm would be honorable mention and highly respected because she gave me advice to do door dash when the side walks were covered with snow and risky to walk 1-2 minutes to Wendy's or Burger King.
