”We needed a place to stay at short notice and we were lucky this beautiful property was available. It was perfect. Check-in was easy and communication clear. Inside is beautiful, really well set up and has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the Lake and not far from the city. We loved that we could walk over the road and enjoy a delicious breakfast and coffee at Stables cafe in the Canberra Hotel. The kids (9 & 11) usually share a room so they loved getting their own room with a TV...

”My boys liked watching the NBA draft on Kayo (I don't have Kayo at home)....hard to get them outside !. Tv was nice and very comfortable upstairs. The sunrise and pink clouds was nice from the balcony with a coffee from the nespresso machine. Kitchen was very well equipped if you plan to do your own cooking...it had everything plus more. The Munster pub was a 5 min walk away and did a nice takeaway ribs, lamb shanks kids meals at reasonable rates. Very nice and comfortable for a small family...

”The property was spacious and warm, an essential characteristic needed for Ballarat in winter. It was well located close to an excellent IGA, Chemist Warehouse and nice little cafe. It was spotlessly clean and well cared for. We highly recommend it. ”

”Really enjoyed our stay at this immaculate, spacious property. A couple of things to mention though...the beds in both double rooms are extra high. May suit some, but if you are short or not so flexible very difficult to climb into { I used lounge room footstool as a step} You will hear train horns occasionally throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper it may bother you. However these are only minor issues that will impact a few. Overall excellent property.”

”Thankyou for your beautifully clean and equipped accomodation, with great heating for that cold weather we encountered. (Winter ) Kitchen was well equipped, only lacking a coffee machine for coffee addicts! Our host Tom, provided great communication as well as with things to do in Ballarat. The yard is fantastic for kids with climbing equipment and a cubby.”
