”We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Ed and Vickie were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great place to stay. ”Plough Cottage was well equipped and there were plenty of warm blankets/doonas and electric blankets for the beds. The bunk bed room was large and big enough for four to share. The host was easy to communicate with and had really thought of everything you would need to have a pleasant stay. It was a short walk to the lake and a picturesque drive to and from Mansfield. The afternoon sun was lovely on the porch and overall it was a really relaxing time. Our Vodafone mobile service did not...

”Our cottage at The Black Sparrow was cosy and warm for our winter getaway. It was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. It was quiet and set in a beautiful location. We arrived when it was dark, so the narrow dirt roads were a little difficult to navigate and additional lighting might have helped. Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a few nights, very peaceful and private and just as close to Mt Buller for skiing as the more expensive Mansfield. Thanks!”

”What we like: Near center, incl. Walkable to grocery store, stunning view where the property is located and along the way to the center, enough rooms to cater considerably big family. What we don't like: no wheelchair access, access to property from the street was rather a struggle, what up in the snow before reaching the stairs, utensils/appliances were not clean/ worn out (suggest to replace some of them), oven was not cleaned.”
