”The place and surroundings look nice and safe. The room was clean and also the bathroom, these are very important for me. Towels were in good condition. The room and bathroom weren’t that big to move around but good enough for my purpose. It was quiet, which I highly value. Front desk personnel were nice and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was good enough to start my day. ”

”Check-in was easy and we loved seeing the fireplace going when we entered the hotel. It was decorated in the fashion of a wooded lodge, which was a reason we chose it. The girl helping us at the desk was sweet and even gave us the name of a good pizza place that would deliver to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were on the 1st floor close to front area of hotel but you couldn’t tell because our room was so quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with various...

”Convenient stay in Flagstaff. Good meal options. Traffic was a little noisy at night. Would stay there again.”

”We were given a room with no hot water. Front desk was aware that there is a problem and still gave us that room. We had to pack all of our stuff and move to another room. We were on a 3 week holiday, so that’s why it was a big deal with all of our luggage. We were promised a compensation, but we had to ask for it many times after our departure.”
