”Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought car park was full but there was another car park and the receptionist told us there was a space. He also said we could leave the car there the next day to explore Bath. Room was comfortable and clean. It was facing a busy road so a little noisy with window open. ”This hotel is ideally located across the water from bars, and restaurants and walking distance to everything you might want to see in city centre. We had a great view from our sixth floor room. A special mention to Joanna Heap for providing excellent service above and beyond. However, the room itself had annoying things wrong with it. The air conditioning is not adequate for the room. We had upgraded and were provided with TWO hangers in the wardrobe. The vanity middle drawer would not stay...
