”Loved the location easy to get to the beach and come up to the room if you needed too. Everything is so close which is really nice. Family friendly!”

”Great weekend. Got to enjoy all that 30A has to offer. Only suggestion is have more than two rolls of toilet paper in the room and provide some basic amenities like the coffee set ups you get in hotels so that if people get in late and can’t get to a store, they can have a cup of coffee at the start of the next day before there off to the races. ”

”We have stayed at this condo complex in the past, so we knew what to expect location wise. We love the location, only a 1.4 mile walk to Seaside. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The place was clean and looked like pictures. Great view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. It appeared that the kitchen was fully stocked with what you might need, but I can’t really say as we didn’t hardly use it. Also, it is nice that the beautiful beach is just...

”This is a beautifully updated condo right on the beach. The check in process was super easy. Great view, very clean and a convenient location with easy parking. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”You can't beat the view from this unit and the beach is pristine. Unit could stand to be updated (still dont get carpet at the beach) and large mattress needs replaced.”

”My family had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic. I always prefer being on the beach and this was perfect. The elevators were incredibly fast and we rarely had to wait long. The distance to Seaside was only about 2 miles so we rented bikes that are conveniently located in the condo parking lot and rode to Seaside. This was way better than trying to find parking there which is a little pricey. The bikes also gave my teenagers the freedom to ride around and meet with friends...

”It is really one of the best locations on 30A. You’re in the center of everything nice and beautiful on the 30A. And sitting on that balcony every morning even when it is like 55! but sunny, you are sitting out of the wind always and that is so nice. The condo is very well equipped accept a real water heater, I should add that. Water out of a coffeemaker is not great taste.”
