”Room needs sound proofing. Room a November is was so noisy it sounded like they were partying in our room. We had handicap room with tile bathrooms floor. Tile was dangerously ridged so heel could catch on it ”

”It was an easy check in, room was comfortable and clean, and the host was very accommodating. Breakfast was decent and convenient. Noise level was to be expected on a holiday/weekend (we were on the 2nd floor). Pool was busy, very clean. Parking was normal, busy but accommodating for a large truck. Process to extend our stay for an additional night was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

”This is definitely an old property and does not meet the standards of other AmericInn's. I have stayed at other AmericInn's and expected the same quality of facility and room upkeep. This was not to be. The breakfast was okay but no one cleaned the tables after people had eaten and left and some people chose to eat standing up rather than sit at one of the tables that had not been cleaned. I might stay at another AmericInn in the future but it definitely won't be this one. ”

”The staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean, even with it going under renovations. The breakfast area was very clean. Our room was wonderful. I give this property a 10/10 and will be staying here again in the future. ”

”It was 6 degrees outside and I took my grandchildren down to the pool and the heaters were blown cold air out and the pool heater was not working. But this hotel still allowed the kids to swim in the frigid pool. The hotel should have locked up the pool area to fix the heaters. Some of these kids could and probably got sick. Besides this mishap, everything else was GREAT.”
