Motellit – South San Diego

”My wife and I stayed at the Rambler for a long weekend away. We went to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo and the Old Town Trolley Tour. The Rambler’s location was perfect! About 15 minutes from downtown San Diego meant we were not going to be disrupted by a lot of noise (like planes landing and taking off) but still close enough that a quick drive got us to everything. Our room was great! Very clean and it seemed like it was newly renovated. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower had better water...

”My stay was one night and it was good. I was prepared for the overflights from the airport nearby so it wasn’t a problem for me. In my room, the lights next to the bed didn’t work. The lamp on the desk had no bulb so I was dependent on the main overhead lights. There was water under the floor tile in the bathroom so when you step there the water came up and wet your feet. These things were inconvenient but didn’t affect my stay much. ”
