”Wonderful mountain home and we were lucky to get fresh snow for the tubing hill about 20-30 minute drive away. Everything we needed was there. The views are postcard worthy. As others have mentioned, the driveway deserves careful attention with the presence of snow/ice. There are many supplies to help, but take good care and try to arrive in daylight. ”

”We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!”

”Would highly recommend!! The views were absolutely amazing!!!! Very private quiet area! The owners were extremely accomodating with us and our arrival time with such a late flight!!! Everything you need at the house!! Cute town down the road for groceries. Lots of space!! The area was centrally located to so many areas that we wanted to visit for our trip. The hot tub was clean and a huge plus after a long day!! Yard was great for sledding!! The owner added a cute little touch of christmas...

”The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...

”We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! ”

”Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Clean and cozy. Past reviews complained about noisy upstairs tenants but no problem with this visit. Hardly heard them come and go. Gave 5 Stars for location but keep in mind this is Kremmling, not Steamboat Springs. Very good communication with the property manager. Would stay here before a motel or hotel. Definitely recommend. ”
