”This property is undergoing a massive building improvement project. I could not keep the microwave plugged in and use the tv. Hoping they will be adding more electrical outlets so not all devuces are connected by one power strip. All they had for breakfast was a grab and go bag, all sugar items. They are heading in the right direction and I will definitely return to see hiw it finalizes.”

”It was good, loved the hot tub availability. Would be nice if it was open later than 1000. Room was comfortable and clean. The hot water availability is not so great, At the end of my shower, the water was no longer hot. I do not take a long shower-5 min max, there was no hot water when my husband showered. This was at 830 in the am. Toilet also had trouble flushing toilet paper-5 flushes to get it to go down. Rm 221”

”Wonderful front desk staff & quick polite service.”

”Great hotel. All staff so friendly and helpful. Raspberries is wonderful for breakfast-both food and service great!! Certainly not hotel staffs fault but kids running down hallways at all hours made for a less than relaxing stay. We had quite a snow storm so spent a lot of time in our room one day. The kids were relentless. Parents….teach your kids respect and courtesy. Otherwise hotel itself was great. ”

”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly.
