A 2-minute walk to Copenhagen, this Danish gem is perfect for families, friends gatherings, holidays and more. Featuring a game room with Pac Man arcade game, Token slot machine and Darts, there's a little something for guests of every age. The home is spacious and cozy with brand new central heating and air. The open floor plan starts with a large Danish-designed open beamed great room with a large smart TV and gorgeous aqua sectional sofa sleeper leading the way into the game room - both of which provide plenty of space for groups to hang out together or separately. The newly upgraded large, fully-stocked kitchen provides everything you need to make and serve a meal, including serving bowls, pots and pans, wine openers, etc. Additionally, a few essentials are provided, such as spices, olive oil and coffee and creamer. Three large bedrooms have plenty of room to spread out, with big closets to hang and store your personal items. The master bedroom has a seating area perfect for curling up with a good book. Each room is outfitted with a queen bed and comfort-fit mattress (medium-firm). Pillows and linens including sheets, blankets, down comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels are provided. The home has two full bathrooms - one with a brand new bathtub/shower combination and one with a small shower. The small shower has a height-adjustable head, which is handy for tall guests, as it can be raised to desired height. The home is decorated with carefully curated original artwork, some of which has been done by local artists. The property has recently undergone an update, and the yard is planted with natives situated around a lovely paver patio; a the perfect space to enjoy a meal outdoors.

*The property will accommodate 8 humans (no additional infants/children beyond the 8 max allowed). There will be a fee for additional guests beyond 6 to cover linens and associated cleaning.

*High Speed Wifi is available throughout, and can be used to stream content on the TV or your personal devices. Netflix is provided, as well as the ability to log into your own accounts.
*The property is shared with four other cottages which are situated on the far back side of the house. There is a communal yard space, as well as a private fenced space for your house.
*There is also a separate studio attached to the home. It has its own entrance and other guests or management may be staying there during your stay.
