Great place to get away!
Wanted to do something for my wife and decided to book here. Just wanted to get away for a bit and unwind. Honestly felt like we were at home. Very cozy and quiet. I'm very picky when it comes to places to stay but this place was really amazing. Should have booked a longer stay. Will definitely book again or check out their other cabins.

It was an amazing cabin. Perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway. The stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook all your meals to snuggling on the couch watching tv and enjoying the fireplace. And for more fun there’s the hot tub to relax in listening to the fountain in the water. Definitely will be coming back.

The property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and was equipped with all of the amenities that you could ask for. Couples Reset Achieved!
This was just what my wife and I needed to celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect. The property was super clean and updated. In my mind I was thinking that we would be roughing it at a cabin, but this was more on the luxury side as we didn’t wear our shoes inside as if we were in our own home. The best part was that the owner, Jody was so accommodating and was quick to make sure our anniversary weekend was one to remember. We will definitely be back, and as great of a time my wife and I had alone, we may bring our kiddos next time.

35th Wedding Anniversary
Life in this season has been hectic and challenging. It was so nice to pull up to such a beautiful property and walk in to calming music and a gorgeous cabin. It had relaxation written all over it. Needless to say we rested. We cooked in, took nice strolls, sat at the fire pit, soaked in the hot tub and relaxed on the couch watching TV. It was a quick trip yet well worth it!

Beautiful cabin me and the hub’s really enjoyed ourselves. Loved sitting by fire pit listening to the water from the pond. We would have loved to ride the paddle boat but they were dirty and full of water so they were to heavy to flip over to empty them out but we still had an awesome time. We will definitely do it again.

Perfect Getaway
Everything about Dawn's Early Light was perfect for our 25th anniversary getaway. The setting in the Ouachita National Forest is amazing and has an otherworldly feel. The accommodations were fantastic. Everything from the beautiful and very well-equipped kitchen (we prepared the majority of our meals) to the air hockey and foosball in the game room, the wonderful hot tub, fire pit...I could go on. Everything was first class and a great value. We loved every bit of it and were very sad to leave. We certainly hope to return.

Short, perfectly sweet stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is very secluded and tucked away which we loved. House itself is very comfortable and homey. The hot tub is tucked is the perfect spot, you get the sounds of the fountain are just utterly relaxing. The only cons we ran into: the patio furniture upstairs were damp and dirty so we were able to use that area to relax. The fireplace was also not working but was to be fixed a few days after our stay. All in all we will definitely return!

The cabin was exquisite. Beautiful place peaceful and quiet, tv in every room needed beautiful views. I can’t wait to go back for longer. Kayaking available for free with stay with river access a short walk or drive. Love this place my favorite spot I’ve stayed!
