    So cute!
    This rental was such a steal! Excellent price for the cutest little two bedroom. The decor is awesome, couch and beds were really comfortable. Kitchenette was stocked with cold water in the fridge, a variety of kcups and snacks. It was my birthday so the host even left me a Happy Birthday balloon and pen with a note. Great communication. Easy to find and parking literally ten steps from the front door. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

    We were in town for a dance competition at the O’Gorman High School and this was close and the perfect size for the weekend. Great communication with the owner. There was a snowstorm and a brief power outage and the communication about what was going on was wonderful.

    Really liked having our own entrance with a keypad instead of a physical key, the property was very clean, comfortable, organized, uncluttered, had great mattresses, etc. The owner communicated in a timely manner both via email and cell phone.

    We had an exceptional time at the location and everything was what was promised thru the VRBO listing. Very close to campus and just down the street from Scooters and Bagels shop. Great job by the owner!! Kaylie was so quick to respond to any and all texts to her. Will stay there again when back in Sioux Falls!

    Quaint but Perfect
    We were in town for a wedding so didn't spend much time at the home, but while there we wanted a place to stay that was clean and allowed us a nice place to rest for a couple of days without busting the bank. This home was a perfect property for our stay. Two bedroom, one bath plus living room allowed our family enough space to stretch out when we were in the home. Very clean, comfy, and stocked with the basic supplies that we needed. Coffee bar supplied the basics for the morning before we snuck out for a quick breakfast right down the street. Communication was perfect. No issues whatsoever. This is the second time we have stayed here and I would definitely recommend.

    The owners were so pleasant to communicate with. We just adored how well the place was decorated. The details of coffee, oatmeal, snacks and water were so thoughtful and enjoyed! Our sleeps were great in the gorgeous linen and pillows! We will be back for sure.

    Beautifully Appointed Suite
    This VRBO was the perfect location as we were visiting my son at Augustana University. The suite has been recently redecorated and is clean and bright! I enjoyed the decor. Beds,Towels and linens were nice and they included a few snacks, coffees, oatmeal and waters. There is no kitchen! Only a microwave and mini fridge (stocked with waters) Not a big deal for us but might be if you plan on making meals here. Even though it is a suite in a home it feels very private. Will definitely look for it for future trips!

    Fantastic Hideaway in Sioux Falls
    My Sister and I had a great time at this property. We grew up in SF and visit regularly. As our parents age, we notice they don't use the AC as much as we would like. Deciding to stay away from our childhood home was a new but best decision. The property was perfect since we only needed a place to relax at the end of the day and sleep. Both rooms were comfortable and the entire place was updated and calm. We didn't need a kitchen but loved the coffee bar and mini fridge for quick snacks. Kayla was a wonderful host, checking in on us as the weather was wild that week and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will be booking again.

    Everything was perfect! Only suggestion would be bigger TV and since owners live on site, might refrain from cooking fish as gets pretty smelly on visitor side. Might also say that they live on site on the initial listing unless I missed it.

    In Sioux Falls for a graduation from Augustana, which was just down the street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t familiar with was a Roku tv so struggled a little with that. Network/local channels weren’t available, or at least I couldn’t find them. More family at Augustana so this is a great option for future stays in Sioux Falls.

    Good location and plenty of space
    The house was nice and had plenty of space for two of us. Could fit 3-4 people very comfortably. It was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and the house was quiet. The location was great as it was only a couple blocks from Augustana University. Would definitely stay again.
