”I was contacted a few days before my arrival about my arrival time, which was 9am. I was told that my early arrival would be passed to the relevant area of the hotel. On the date of arrival, a room was already ready for me at 9am, though the official checkin time was 2pm. I very much appreciate the proactive and customer-focussed attitude of the hotel reception team. With the early checkin, I could have more time enjoying the Adelaide city.”

”My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more...
