This location cannot be beat! However…
our stay was marred by broken appliances (dishwasher), doors (locks didn’t work), windows (wouldn’t shut), broken outlets, and a toilet that didn’t flush properly. We spent an inordinate amount of time getting repairmen to our room to fix various issues and while management was willing to help, this is NOT the way we wanted to spend our vacation time. In addition to this, they used to have an attendant checking property ID bracelets to ensure the beach was only used by Casa Mar customers. The bracelets are still provided, but no one is checking them so the beach was crowded - we’re assuming many people parked and walked to the Casa Mar beach area.
We stayed here in 2022 and while the unit needed to be updated, everything was in working order and the beach wasn’t crowded.
This was a completely different experience. We were disappointed and frustrated.
