”Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. ”We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.”

”We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

”Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. Absolutely disgusting experience. The location is very far from everything, and it’s extremely noisy. The workers are constantly watching you. They also overcharged me for a few snacks I purchased.
