”The condos view was amazing! excellent! , the inside needs updating and it had a musty smell. dust or spider webs on sconces and light fixtures. The carpet needs to be replaced. We had a sliding glass door issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The layout is fine and it served our purpose. We did kill 2 large roaches and extermination needs to be often. ”We loved our vacation at PCB. The house was great and as described. The location was the best we ever had at the beach. Our rescue dogs loved the house and the beach. The bedroom and beds were perfect. We were central to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park. Everyone had a great time and we will return. ”

”We had 18 total people ages 4 years and up and everyone had plenty of room! Almost everyone got their own room. Te location was perfect with immediate access to the beach and easy walks to some shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but they were addressed and fixed in the same day! The kitchen was well stocked and the additional freezer came in handle with our large group. The back deck was great and fit all of us as well. We will definitely stay here again for our next family...
