”We had a major problem in that the refrigerator did not work. We contacted Vacasa and they were not able to send a repair person at all. On Sunday afternoon they brought 2 bags of ice. We had 4 children, including a 9 month old infant. So refrigeration was REALLY important or us. We managed the situation with ice and coolers but it was not convenient!! The air conditioning would not cool below 75 degrees, even at night. We used the fans but were not as comfortable as we would have liked. I think...

”This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels.”
