”The staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful, particularly the concierge, she was wonderful. The bar staff, the attendants, everyone always helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful, pool and views amazing. The spa is fantastic, you won't find a better view, the Faro massage was one of best I've ever had...the masseuse extremely good. Our room(s) were beautiful. The only negative, pools and dipping pools were pretty chilly.”

”Maria was the perfect host, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room or small apartment was very clean and comfortable, with cats and tortoises joining us for the excellent continental breakfast which was served to us every day by Maria and Elsa.
