”The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place...

”Le Chatelet is highly recommended. Frankly there is nothing exceptional but the hotel it is very comfortable and well located in the town. We had problems on the first night due to excessive noise but the more than polite staff resolved this problem with ease. Parking is also a problem with this hotel but again the staff were aware of this and solved our concerns. This was a a highly recommend hotel for its comfort and professionalism. ”

”Very modern hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake and it is at edge of the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Absolutely Beautiful! The employees are very attentive and smiles in their faces. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of pastries at the Argentinian style, beside fruits and cold cuts.”

”The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay.”

”Tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Tudo bem cuidado e funcionando. No geral, as instalações do hotel são muito boas. A unica observação é com relação à avenida Bustillo, que dá acesso ao hotel, transito nos dois sentidos e muito movimentada, o que dificulta a entrada e saida.”

”Hospedagem de extremo bom gosto, tanto área comum como apartamentos. Em função do calor acima do esperado, o apartamento ficou muito quente durante a noite. O ventilador do quarto não foi suficiente. Sugiro mais um ventilador na sala e eventualmente, um ar condicionado. No restante, tudo ótimo! Recepção excelente.”
