Hotel didn't have a shuttle to the airport/ports...so that was a bummer. Staff was good, one bartender needed to be told he needed an attitude change...and once he was told...he was great! Drinks good, food good. Get the Tater Tots.....breakfast...eh...more to choose from...but it's a long line. They give you a free water bottle & it's fillable...and they give out free pineapple cookies and coffee in the afternoon...good stuff. Their beds clothes are outrageous! They encourage you to sleep naked! Try it!

Walking distance to Seattle Center. The staff was great, very nice, even heard my daughter had her 6th birthday while there and gave her a little goody bag. It made her day! Very clean and I would go there again!

Very nice renovated hotel. Large rooms. Very nice lobby. Allows pets. Some noisy dogs on our floor. Unfortunately grandson has allergy to dogs and mildly irritated by presence of dogs.

Our family loves this hotel, and this was our third time staying here. We were traveling with a larger group this time and so we had booked 2 of the “Prima Donna” suites through Expedia, which is a larger suite with 2 king beds. Upon check-in, we were told that the hotel had “upgraded” our rooms to suites, however we were given two smaller, queen suite rooms instead. The front-desk staff blamed Expedia for not sending the correct room type as part of the reservation details but did say that Expedia had noted the room type in the notes and our confirmation emails from Expedia indicated the Prima Donna rooms. Eventually they were able to give us one of the rooms we had booked, but kept one room as the smaller room. Having paid a significant premium for the double king suites, we contacted Expedia about getting a partial refund for the room which was a cheaper room. Hotel management, however, kept lying to Expedia, saying they “upgraded” our room to a suite, even though our reservation was already for a much more expensive suite room. The front desk and staff were helpful in trying to rectify the problem, but management never contacted us to apologize for the situation or to work with Expedia to help us get any compensation for the premium room we paid extra for.

First, the positives. We thought the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was quite large and well laid out with good lighting..The decor was funky but in a good way. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. We also really liked the water bottle refill station in the lobby. A few important negatives: The fire exit stairs led to a locked door! We were only able to exit the building from the fire exit steps by going through the pool area. This would have been a disaster had there been a fire since people would not know. Another negative was the the elevators were very slow-- turned out 1 was broken.

Everything was excellent. We loved the comfy beds, how clean it was, the location. It was walkable to everything we planned to do; the needle, the gum wall, & the fish market. There are also plenty of close restaurants so you really don't need a car.
