Tämä on ainutlaatuinen Seaside loma-asunnot duplex, joka istuu rauhallisella kävelyetäisyydellä Golf Course, ranta, ostokset ja ravintoloita. Kun yksityinen kylpytynnyri takapihalla ja upouusi kalusteet kaikkialla, perheesi tuntea olonsa kotoisaksi tässä ihana perääntyä!

Kaikki tässä kaunis loma-asunnot koti on uusi, uudet huonekalut, uusia ja mukava alusta, uusi keittiö ... On vain muutaman askeleen oven ja voit törmätä eteinen ja oikealla on huone, jossa yhden hengen kerrossänky, joka nukkuu 2. Ylimääräinen futon tässä makuuhuoneessa mahdollistaa jokaiselle asiakkaalle nukkua omassa sängyssä. Täysikokoinen vieraskylpyhuone on aivan sen vieressä. Vasemmalla puolella on keittiö, täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset kokki perheen aterian. keittiö counter on 5 ulosteet sitä, jos vieraat haluavat katsella ruoanlaitto esittelyn. Vuoteen keittiö counter, on tyylikäs, iso ruokapöytä ja 4 pehmustettu tuolia. Välillä keittiö ulosteet ja ruokailu tuolit tulee olemaan tilaa kaikille vieraille ruokapöytä.

Olohuoneessa on myös osa avo asuintiloja ja voit kodikas ylös sohva edessä taulutelevisio, katsella suosikki näyttää tai elokuva. Jos päätät, voit kaatua sohvalla sekä se avautuu mukava queen size-vuode. Kaasu takka on sinua, lisättyä lämpöä tai vain tunnelmaa ...

Makuuhuoneessa on todellinen herkkupala: kaunis mukava queen ja sohva vieressä, katsoa televisiota tai vain rentoutua kirjan. Mestari-kylpy toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi kulma-ammeella ja ylimääräisellä suihkulla. Kävellä kaapissa on tarpeeksi tilaa kutsua sitä pukuhuone.

Ulkona on kodikas ja viihtyisä ja voit valmistaa BBQ rauhassa takapiha. Tämä Seaside loma-asunnot kotiin on koira ystävällinen, joten voit tuoda suosikki ystäväsi mukaasi. Pihan koon vuoksi yksi alle 30 kilon koira on tervetullut.

Great time with our stay, cleanliness was rated 3.5 due to dead bugs, cobwebs and smell. Would recommend more privacy for hot tub. Garage door bolt broke free and a bolt hit my vehicle. Also had to ask a homeless gentleman on drugs to stop digging through outside recycle for cans at 6:30am our first morning there. Great location and beach access otherwise and did enjoy our stay. Lots of good laughs. thank you

Fun stay
We had a great time! The property was great, loved the hot tub and big master bath. We enjoyed cooking meals and having access to a washer/dryer with our little one. There was a lot of space, our dog loved the backyard as well! It was nice and close to the beach, only a short drive into town! My only complaint would be the beds, they need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and sinking in, in spots. Overall very good experience!

Annual Friends' Surf Trip to Seaside
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this cozy 2 bedroom home. Loved the fireplace and the hot-tub to warm us up following such wet, cold weather! Stocked with lots of towels. 10 minute walk to the boardwalk where the beautiful beach is. Nice quiet neighbourhood as well, off the main road.

Things that were noticed during our stay: • Unable to check-in at 4 as the cleaning service was there until 4:15 • 2 unopened bags of snack sized Cheetos were left in the kitchen from prior guests • Bowel movement not flushed was found in the guest toilet • Left window broken in master bedroom, had to be held up by a book • Extremely bad wet dog smell coming from master closet • Dirty box fan layered with dust on the back, which we had to use since it was 90 degrees • Stained carpeting throughout the house • Jets in hot tub only working at about 10% Excellent location, but more work needs to be done to this place to justify paying the asking price per night.

We really loved the location and hot tub, but everything just seemed dirty. Yard needs some love. It's not a big yard, so it shouldn't take much.

Winter mini-break for two
The house is a snug, cozy, clean family house. Not for you if you want a view, or something fancy, as it's a few blocks from the Seaside Promenade in a residential neighborhood. But if you want to curl up by a warm gas fireplace, or fall into a hot tub after a rainy walk on the beach, it's perfect. Nice well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of room for two to cook. Tons of extra pillows, towels, and blankets, and ample hot water. The jets on the hot tub only work on low power, we found out, so didn't have that back-massage we were hoping for. Also, as was pointed out by another reviewer, the back door doesn't actually lock solidly--you can pull it open even when the door handle is locked. (There is one of those U-shaped bolts that would keep it from being forced open all the way, but either the lock needs repairing or it needs a true dead-bolt.)There is a great little grocery store a few blocks away, Hamilton's, that we were happy to have. I will be happy to come back post-Covid and bring a couple of friends! Lots of space and bathrooms.

We had a nice time although we were a little disappointed
The first thing we noticed when we pulled up was lots of weeds, even growing out of the rain gutters, and trash cans at the entrance and cobwebs in the doorway. It wasn't very welcoming and worried us about what we would find inside. It's not a "cheap" rental so I was surpised it wasn't in better condition. We saw large dark stains on the carpet when entering It's a dog friendly home so I understand why the owners wouldn't invest in carpet but it makes the house feel dirty. There is no "yard" for the dog, just the concrete pad where the hot tub is located, so if your dog won't potty on concrete you have to go for a walk every time. The master bedroom and bath is bath is nice with a huge newer tub. The bunks are good also but the other queen bed is a futon with a huge dip in the center. We liked the location and walked to the beach a couple of times. The house is well stocked with dishes and towels and there are games, books and some movies also. The hot tub is well maintained and there is a BBQ. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Seaside!
We had a great stay here in Seaside. The property was just as advertised. Quite, safe location, and a quick walk to the promenade and beach. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of our beach days and trips up and down the coast.

The decor inside the home was very beautiful and well done. I felt I was staying luxury. The house offered peace. We didn’t hear our three teenagers at all from the master bedroom. I would love to stay again.

Nice house for small family
This is a duplex, but it's quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but we found a short cut trail across the street from the duplex that cut through to the next street. Both sides have a fenced yard with a hot tub. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. The outdoor BBQ worked fine. The propane fire pit would not ignite without a lighter. The one we found in the house wasn't working. I recommend bringing one if you want to use the outdoor fire pit. The kitchen had what we needed, but was disorganized and made it a challenge to find what we needed right away. I recommend bringing your own knives if you plan on cooking. The ones in the house are dull. The right front burner on the stove isn't working properly. The smoke detectors in the front bedroom were missing, the hide a bed in the living room was stuck and not usable. The bathrooms were nice and clean, but the kitchen counters needed wiped down. The utensils in the utensil bin on the counter were dirty. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors need to be tightened. In spite of the items mentioned we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We liked the house, but would prefer to be closer to the beach.

The ice maker wasn’t hooked up...we choose the property because it had an ice maker. The oven did not cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The sleeper sofa was broken and couldn’t be used. I did voice my concerns and am confident that these things were fixed. We did enjoy our stay and had a great time. It is a very nice property.

This house was very nice and clean. It's a duplex but we didn't hear the neighbors. Walking distance to the beach. Great hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked. It's a little bit dated but it worked for us. There's a hole in the bedroom door that needs to be fixed.

Cute duplex clean
Beds were uncomfortable. Although nice and am willing to help, people pay to go on vacation. The last thing they want to do is make sure dishes are in dishwasher, load of towels, sheets, etc are started prior to leaving. I had a kiddo with me and constantly was telling her to put stuff down, would be better if kid friendly; breakable things on shelves, books, etc
