”This property was clean and the bed was comfy. We were able to walk to East Beach and Stearns Warf easily. About a mile. We found the property quiet and enjoyed sleeping in a bit and our morning coffee before setting out for the day. Would stay again. ”

”Just a wonderful experience. This place is located directly next to the Carpinteria Salt Marsh and one block to the beach. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms; great kitchen, too. Excellent host. Love this place. ”

”The studio was exactly as advertised, but access to the loft like bed area was somewhat difficult for my husband. It’s a small area and you cannot stand in it. However the studio had everything we needed including a nice bathroom and shower and a fully functional kitchen area. The view outside was wonderful. ”

”Olena was awesome throughout the whole process; from scheduling to onsite and everywhere in between. Whenever we had an issue, we were able to talk directly to her as she was onsite most of the time. On top of that, the location and home were top notch! We would LOVE to stay here again! ”Divine. Slept so peacefully in this quiet sanctuary with private garden, fountain and barbecue situated just blocks from cafes, Funk Zone and State Street shopping. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of spices, all appliances and every baking/cooking pan I could need. Dishes were fun pottery and antiques, enjoyed! There was both heat and AC! Manager Debbie was just a text away and was ready to assist anyway she could. All was a friendly vacation retreat !! Highly recommend.”

”I wish this place existed years ago! I did a lot of comparison shopping for our trip and the price here was so reasonable...a downtown hotel room was not in our budget or worth it. Casa De La Vina was great due to 1. Brand new and so clean 2. Free parking 3. A five minute walk to State Street 4. All basic amenities included, good quality 5. Quiet 6. Comfy bed and pillows 7. Easy self-check-in Suggestion: Provide a property map that shows where each room is in relation to roads, the parking...

”Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding!
