”we were disappointed we have stayed at vacation rentals before. The management company wasn’t ready for us. The gated community the security entrance did not have her name. The management company did not have her place ready to go.. the Management come eat, took us to our villa and turned on the air conditioners and left. We had no Wi-Fi and there was a fine layer of dust on the counters. in an hour, the place had cooled down we went and got some groceries the next morning I went to make coffee...

”This unique home was perfect & private in the jungle with direct ocean view and breezes and views of Playa Órganos which is short walk from the Dome. There are several other beaches within few minutes that we checked out and learned of a couple nearby waterfalls that we plan to visit next time. We enjoyed the sunrises & wildlife all around us all times of the day, and were able to open up the front of dome to enjoy breezes inside. The local restaurants we ate at in Paquera were some of the best...

”This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues...

”Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

”Villa Mer is centrally located to many activities most within a 90 minute drive. Randal the owner is very responsive via What'sApp and the grounds keeper does his job without interfering with the guests enjoyment of the property. The pool man Alexander was beyond helpful even changing a tire for us when we discovered a flat.
