”This house was comfortable and well stocked. It was prefect for our multi-generational family vacation. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and 2 room perfect for the kids. The bunk room is through the garage with a door opening into the garage it also has a door to the outside. It may not be the best for littles unless there is an older kid staying out there. My boys loved it (ages 6 & 10). My six year old was a little scared at first, but the second bedroom with the king is also on the first...

”Stayed for roughly 2 weeks. Different weather conditions during stay but enjoyed them all. Lots of sea life (dolphins every day) and birds (herons etc) to watch from the dock or from the home. Was very clean and met all our needs. Hosts were great, helped me out late on a cold windy night when lost a key, came right over and unlocked for us.Also was nice being right at the ferry for Port Aransas.Would stay again.”

”The separate living areas were very nice. We had teenagers up to 70 y/o so the different areas were very convenient. Close to beach and a nice walk. Property management addressed our concerns quickly. The living room furniture was soiled and some of the beds were either broken or uncomfortable. The property could definitely use a thorough cleaning. ”
