Äskettäin uusittu, suora merenranta, 55 'plasma, takka

Paratiisi löytyi. Kun saapuu Harbour Islandin portille, huolet alkavat sulaa. Harbor Island on pieni, rento yksityinen saari, jossa on yli 2 mailia dyynit ja sokerihiekkaranta. Ei ole julkista pääsyä, joten ranta on aina tyhjä. Aktiviteetteja on runsaasti, kalastusta, ravistamista, kuoret, melonta ja pyöräily ja paljon muuta.
Saarella on vain muutamia valtameren edessä sijaitsevia huviloita, ja ne sijaitsevat joko D- tai K-rakennuksessa. Yksikkömme on K: ssa, joka on yksinäisempi ja yksityisempi kuin D. K on myös lähempänä Ranta- ja Raquet-klubia, joka on saaren toimintakeskus. Klubilla on olympialainen uima-allas, lapsi-allas ja lasten leikkipaikka. Klubitalossa on aerobinen huone ja alahuoneessa painohuone. Yläkerrassa on välipalabaari ja myymälä sekä katettu parveke. Löydät myös lentopallo-, koripallo-, tennis-, sekoituslauta- ja hevosenkenkäkentät.
Huvilamme on täydellinen rantalomallesi. Alemman tason yksikön sisällä on mukava olohuone merinäköalalla, 55 tuuman taulutelevisio w / dvd ja sähkötakka. Siellä on queen-vuodesohva, kaksi makuuasentoon tarkoitettua rakkausistuinta ja Lay-Z-Boy-lepotuoli. Siellä on myös hyvin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila ja 1/2 kylpy. Viimeiseksi, astu liukulasiovien läpi parvekkeelle. Sieltä löydät pöytä, tuolit, aurinkovarjo, kiesitilo ja yksi saaren parhaista näkymistä.
Yläkerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone ja runsaasti kaappitilaa. Vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode, keinutuoli ja taulutelevisio, jossa on DVD / DVD. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, taulutelevisio w / dvd ja upea 8 jalan ikkunaistuin, josta on näkymät dyynille ja merelle. Se on täydellinen paikka lukea tai nukkua.
Yksikön ulkopuolella on uima-altaita aivan rakennuksen molemmista päistä ja rantatien dyynien yli kulkeva rantatie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything we needed was there. The bed was very comfortable. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. We loved the view out of the large upstairs window and the deck. We would definitely book this one again!

Can't beat the location!
Great location, beach was perfect. Tide goes out so far and you can discover so many cool things. The condo was great, everything we needed, no problems at all. The view was amazing. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Great condo, beach walkout!
Beautiful oven view! You can look outside right at the beach walkout you’ll use. Three different pools on the property! One area also has a small kiddie pool next to the large swimming pool, and a gift shop with lunch & snack selections. Communication with owner was wonderful. Will plan on staying here again!

The condo has a great location. Owner is easy to work with. One pool had filter problem and it was allowed to go on two days before the pool was closed down. Not too happy about that but not owners fault. Do think with a fairly large professional cleaning fee condo could have been a little cleaner. Found black greasy substance on floor by one bed, quite dusty and master bathroom had black mold. But over all we enjoyed our stay

Second stay
This was our second stay at the property. We love the location. The wildlife around the area is spectacular. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos and the same as our last stay, besides a few upgrades. We spent time at the property, the beach, the pool and Hunting Island State Park. We will absolutely be back and be back to this same unit. Highly recommend!

Peaceful family time we needed at the beach
We had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautiful condo just focused on the beautiful surroundings and time together without the usual hustle of work and sports and school…etc. it was incredibly peacefu and the beach was not crowded and full of amazing wildlife even our kids (ranging 6-17 years old) were so excited to take in. As parents we enjoyed watching our kids playing anf playing with them. We saw small sharks, a sting ray, a large horseshoe crab , several cool fish, and so many hermit crabs. Thanks to Lloyd’s suggestion we sought out the harbor island sea turtle volunteer Facebook page. They are wonderful and my girls and I ended up getting up early to walk the beach early in the morning while they followed sea turtle tracks and discovered three nests! Our girls even had their initials added to a nest marker so they could follow the Facebook page and check to see when the nest hatches later this summer! It was a trip highlight to be sure and the volunteers were so kind and informative. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and a perfect vacation spot. Thank you and we hope to come again someday!

Very Relaxing!
We found our stay very relaxing. We loved that we could see the water from the one bedroom and the deck. We enjoyed walking on the beach, especially at low tide. There are lots of seafood restaurants within easy driving distance.

Exceptional Island Vacation
Excellent oceanfront view, clean and beautiful villa, beautiful beach, great pools, excellent local restaurants, great area for walking and running. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and seabirds. Will definitely return.

I didn't realize it was a top floor condo. We had several people with knee issues which made it hard to get up the stairs. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great space in a great location
We loved our stay here. The condo, the view, access to the beach, and community amenities (fitness center, multiple pools, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts) were all excellent. Would definitely recommend it to our friends and family and would love to stay again ourselves.

Peaceful and friendly
This was our first time vacationing in South Carolina. The people were so friendly. We live in east TN, so we're quite used to southern hospitality, but we were still impressed by the genuine friendliness, in and out of Harbor Island. The villa was great. We felt right at home, except we had a beach in the back yard!!! Kids rented bikes and rode all over without a care in the world. Wonderful stay. Wonderful people. So peaceful. Ended too soon.

Excellent location and accomdation
A very nice and comfortable condo facing the beach in the gated community of Harbor Island which is very clean and private. The condo, while older is well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed with our 17yr old daughter and 18yr old friend. The 2.5 baths were great for the four of us. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Had a wonderful view of the ocean over the dunes. Beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Low tide offered a wide expanse of sand and tide pools to explore. Hunting and Fripp Islands are just down the way. Hunting Island State Park is beautiful. Good eats just down the way with By the Slice Pizza and Johnson Creek Tavern. Easy drive back into Beaufort. We took a dolphin tour with Coastal Expeditions which was both enjoyable and informative. Took a guided sunset kayaking tour with Beaufort Lands End Kayaking and Paddle Boards, and had a great time paddling around Hunting Island to Boneyard Beach. Great way to spend a few hours on the water. We also went fossil hunting at Sands Beach in Port Royal. Lots to do if you don't want to just hang at the beach. Harbor Island also offered three pools, tennis court, a putting green, basket ball, pickle ball, etc. We rented an electric golf cart to scoot around the community in. Not at all necessary but fun. Had a great stay. Would visit again.

Great location - calm and peaceful beach
This was our first time on Harbor Island and we will definitely be back. I’m still in awe about how clean and calm the beach is here. We saw dolphin right off the shore several times. It was truly amazing! The condo is nice and worked well for our family of five. I do recommend checking/replacing the shower faucets and upgrading the towels and bath mats. Although there are enough kitchen supplies, I would suggest that they also be upgraded. Many of the items are so old and worn out they are not useful. Outside of that, the condo was great and our trip was a memorable one!

Location,Location,Location The views from the bedroom and living area are GREAT! The amenities were very good. Cleanliness was average. The access to the beach was GREAT. A few minor items kept this property from being AWESOME , but it was a GREAT stay overall. I would definitely return to this property for a future visit. The pictures of the property are accurate.Communication with the host was excellent. Just be sure to do your food shopping prior to arrival as it is about 12 miles to grocer (Food Lion or Walmart). Johnson Creek Tavern seafood was very good with great portions. I travel quite a bit and not many places get a rating or review from me, but this property warrants a review.

Stunning view of the ocean! Comfortable to stay in for the week except using the kitchen was difficult as not all of the stove burners work and the knives for chopping were very dull. If you don't plan to cook, this rental is a must for the view and easy access to the beach and pool!

Best location, unit needs work
Check in and communication with the owner were great. He answered all my questions about our stay. We loved the patio and patio furniture along with the huge window overlooking the ocean. Great proximity to pools and beach walk. Unfortunately, we felt the overall cleanliness of the condo was sub par. Everyday surfaces were clean like the toilets, table, and counters. The showers had mold and rust in the tiles, the floors had crumbs all along the edges of the rugs, the kitchen cabinets were dirty, closet doors in the kitchen were covered in grime and dust are the major examples of where cleanliness were lacking. We only had 2 washcloths, blood stains on the comforter and pillow, pillows were yellowed from stains and flat, and the toaster was covered in grime that made me make toast in the oven. There were so many “smaller” things that really need to be addressed to make this a 5 star oceanfront condo. We will be back to harbor island, but would not choose this condo again because of the reasons above.
