”I held my daughters 18th birthday party here, and it was incredible! Plenty of room for hanging out and great for overnight guests (lots of rooms and places to sleep). Beautiful house, inside and out! Lots of things to keep people busy and entertained, but just as many for relaxing. Fantastic stay overall with a wonderful host!!! Would absolutely recommend.”

”Truly amazing stay! The house is terrific and a great place to be out of the way of the bustle, while still remaining close enough to nearby activities. Like i said, we were blown away by how much better the property is than the listing gives it justice! It was a bit confusing to find the first time, as the number isnt displayed on the road. But if you have sharp eyes, you'll find it. If you want to swim, pay attention to what the tides are doing. But the water was amazing. Only true complaint:...

”Was able to use the amenities on the resort, as all the workers were so nice. Room was very nice but the overhead shower didn’t work. Luckily had an extra shower head we could use. My best friend and I decided to make this a yearly trip the first week of June so be ready for next summer!”

”Although the actual camper was not the one advertised, our stay was filled with all the expected amenities Kimberly described. In a previous review someone mentions the rooster, he was quite pleasant, not at all like described in their review. ”Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin with my significant other, in-laws, and two dogs. The porch was equipped with a large picnic table and two chairs with an umbrella. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom, and small living area with fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and neat. Peter was a great at answering my questions and very friendly. ”This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

”We stayed here during a visit to the historic triangle, Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown with our two daughters and two dogs. Maybe we didn't read it right, but we unexpectedly. We're thrilled to find a fence in yard. The dock was nice for fishing and while we didn't use the boats, it's nice that they were there as well. The house was clean and plenty big for all of us. It's about 40 minutes to Williamsburg and a little further to Busch gardens but we were able to have all the amenities...

”This is the second occasion we have stayed at the cottage for a month and can’t wait to return again! Location is heavenly nothing better than sitting on the deck watching the wildlife in the garden and on the York river. The house is also very well situated for Williamsburg with all its attractions. A home from home with regard amenities. Donna and Mike are great hosts and are very responsive to their guests. Would not hesitate to recommend this home.”

”The house was gorgeous with such incredible history as soon as you drive into the highway, just a majestic entrance. All our guests would say, "What is this place?" - if walls could speak. The house was super clean and things were easily to find. We only did a quick overnight but definitely intend to use the space again in the future.”
