”El apartamento es amplio, tal cual como en las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, cuenta con centro de lavado, está en una zona segura y tranquila, hay restaurantea y supermercados alrededor. Tiene escritorio para trabajar. Una de las habitacioes cuenta con baño propio. Tuvimos in inconveniente para entrar, el código que nos dieron del candado digital no servía, llamamos a un call center de Sonder, responden super rápido y las 24hras, nos ayudaron de inmediato con un nuevo código....

”Kasa was a pleasant surprise. Based on previous reviews, we understood that this was not a traditional hotel with amenities and had a virtual front desk but we did have an onsite person that did help us check in and store luggage. The apartment style room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having the extra space to spread out and the full kitchen was so handy when storing food or leftovers. Also, when we didn’t get utensils with our to go orders- Kasa had us covered. It was a nice home...

”Stayed here for a couple of nights while attending a trade show downtown. Very limited parking on the street so ended up parking in a garage near the hospital (about a 10 min walk away). Hotel was a little difficult to find as it is not highly visible from street. Rooms are excellent. Very clean, modern and spacious. This property does not use cards and communicates via text what your access code will be. I missed this (my fault) but it made for an interesting "check in" by not being able to get...

”Sonder check in experience as a first timer was super easy! Great instructions and no issues entering or exiting the property. Property was in great condition with all the amenities you could need. Only downside was the cigar bar downstairs... you could at certain times of day smell the cigar scent in our room upstairs. Not a huge issue, but if you were sensitive to the smell it would not be ideal.”

”Great penthouse with wonderful views of great Chicago architecture and the lake. I would stay again. Only minor issue was sleeping was more difficult than back home in small town Ohio. There were a lot of sirens etc. One bedroom also had a window open to the living room with all of its ambient light. Of course this issue is somewhat expected but I have not noticed noise as much staying at Chicago hotels. Still give it 5 stars”

”I was so happy when I arrived, great location, very clean and the ease and security was wonderful! Unfortunately during my stay the water heater died. One night I didn’t have hot water and the next morning I say them carrying the water heater out of the building. This was definitely distressing seeing as I was on a work trip. Despite the inconvenience I had a great stay and 747 lofts did make it right for me. ”

”I need to somewhere to stay for a night in Chicago and found this place. It had a varying level of reviews but found the property more the suitable for what I paid. Easy to follow instructions to get in, clean, and convienent. They even provide ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the city.”

”Excited about our trip to Chicago and was not disappointed. Communication was very good from the homeowner location is perfect we had a fantastic time would recommend this for anyone wanting to enjoy downtown Chicago”

Absolutely brilliant

"My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."

Been there, done that.

"Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously."
