Older thatched farmhouse of 88 m2, with an attached annex of 22 m2 with toilet facilities, only approximately 400 meters from the water. The plot is almost 3000 m2, of which around ¼ is laid out as natural plot.

The farmhouse offers two bedrooms with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a bathroom.

There is also a new kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher, fridge, stove and freezer, a dining table with room for six people, and a cozy living room. There is also a hatch with sleeping places for two people.

In the annex there is a sofa which can be folded for two people to sleep a double bed (140x200). The annex also contains a toilet/washbasin.

The plot, which is 3000 m2, has several apple-pear-cherry trees and various berry bushes (blackcurrants, currants, etc.). You are more than welcome to eat the fruit. There is also a small fire pit near the blackcurrant bushes.

At the bottom of the plot, there is something we call "The Forest", an untouched area of ​​approx. 200 m2.

There are bathing opportunities, Kattegat, 400 meters from the cottage. At Fjellerup, approximately 15 km from the house, you will find a bigger and better bathing beach.

There are shopping opportunities in the area, approx. 5 km from the summer house, in the town of Ørsted
