”What a beautiful apartment and a great place to visit everywhere in Porto! Walking distance to the most important attractions and 400 - 500 m to a Trindande metro station, which had a straight connection to the airport and other metrolines. Without a doubt this is a great place to stay in Porto unless you are worried of stairs. There is no elevator. ”The location is excellent for sight seeing as the property is very near the Don Louis bridge. The access is via a lot of steps. Quite difficult to find but we were met at the Cathedral and shown the way. I would recommend booking the taxi through the owners as it is cheaper than the airport taxis and they know where to drop you. The apartment is small but well designed and equipped. Our one complaint was that the television did not work and no one came to fix it. ”

”I had a very pleasent stay in this rustic and spacious apartment. It was a short walk from Campanhã train station and some metro lines. The neighbourhood is calm and sleepy, which was just what I enjoyed. Meanwhile, a 15-20 minute walk and you’re in the heart of the city.”

”What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

”Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...
