Beautiful house in the cove of Canyelles Petites, Roses with spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.
At 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.
It has two floors, in the first one we find the entrance and the hall. Large living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen and access to a large terrace from where you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and the garden. Furnished terrace area where you can sunbathe, eat and enjoy the open air. Living room with different spaces, armchairs and a large dining table. From inside you can also enjoy the beautiful views thanks to the large window. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
One bedroom with two beds and access to another terrace on the upper floor. Another room with two bunk beds and a sofa with access to the terrace. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with access to the terrace and another bedroom with double bed, bathroom and access to the garden.
