”We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. ”

”The hotel and its location are great for the town as close enough to walk and far enough to be quiet for the children to sleep. Saw a lot of bad reviews about breakfast however one of the best European breakfasts I’ve had for a long time (and I travel 8 months of the year). The pool and steam were great after a day in the slopes and the VIP lift pass was very much worth the extra £. Bansko lift system needs an overhaul but I’m sure that’ll come with all the extra income. 2 minor hotel...

”We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant).
