” When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. ”Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area.”

”Great amenities - pool, arcade… 3 min from loon.. we lived this place and will definitely be back.”

”Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch.”

”We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. ”

”The room and property exceeded expectations. If you are part of the Dave Ramsey/Baby Step club be prepared that being pitched for a time share is part of your check in. The room was amazing however! Full kitchen with silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, etc. We were able to have breakfast in. My wife loved having the soaking tub in our room! ”
