”Pros— The location was excellent!! 10/10 The pools are beautiful & you can walk right out to the beach & snorkel. The lawn chairs are comfortable with big umbrellas for people who want shade. The housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff were so kind. Please bring money to tip them- they deserve it! Breakfast has a lot of wonderful options - we were pleasantly surprised. Our specific room (these vary) was large with a great balcony. Cons— The elevator broke several times, which was okay...

”A beautiful resort with amazing amenities, a beautiful beach front, high end finishes and great service. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were wonderful. All restaurants were good. We had a great dinner at Alera, with great appetites appetisers, cocktails and premium steaks. The spa was also very beautiful and had great treatments and massages, however the prices for the Spa are a bit steep, considering you already a guest at the hotel, I think they should offer better prices....

”This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is comfortable with great location and staff is very helpful. It is also very private, nice and cozy and offers excellent opportunities for snorkeling at the house reef. Food was absolutely magnificent and the ladies working the kitchen were nice and helpful. Owners are nice people as well.”
