”Great hotel and excellent service by the staff. Unfortunately half of our view was a large construction site next door which also made our balcony dusty. Other minor issue was not enough lounge chairs at the pool and wait for breakfast when they should have opened up the other breakfast restaurant. ”

”It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...
