”Was disappointed in facing a vacant property that is not attractive and the room was efficient but not luxurious in any way (towels and robes are thin/cheaper, nothing like ear swabs or shower caps). The cleaning crew did a good job daily, liked the closet and safe which lit up and opened from top, restaurants were pretty good and we tried them all, buffet was quite good. The staff mostly seemed irritable and like they don't really enjoy their jobs. You tip for everything and they appreciate it....

”The food was very good, there are lots of supper options for restaurants. There are lots of pool options with 3 pools, heated or natural both avaliable. There is a hot tub, tennis, ping pong, fooseball, beach volleyball and activites throuough the day. It is about 25-30 mins from puerto vallarta for shopping, so keep that in mind. ”We absolutely loved staying here and we will be back!! Everyone was so happy and friendly. We felt so safe and had no issues whatsoever. The only thing we wish would change would be the soundproofing for the rooms because the sound travelled well from the music and parties on the rooftop, which made it harder to sleep. -3 adults and 1 toddler”

”This is the nicest all inclusive we have ever experienced. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful remodeled room on the oceanfront. The service and attention to detail from the staff is superb. A special thank you to our personal concierge Ramon, our pool concierge, Raymundo, and our pool servers, Leonel, Enrique, & Miguel. ”The property is beautiful and the food is great, if you compare it to other "all inclusive" resorts. Also the drinks are brand name drinks. The area is beautiful, short walking distance to Bucerisas and the beach is perfect! We booked "Junior Suites" and were surprised to get just regular rooms. Apparently this is what Junior Suites mean in this resort. Staff is great but the biggest challenge was reception. their English is close to non-existent and they are S-L-O-W... ”Super clean and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The food in all the restaurants was outstanding. By far the best Mexico experience we had.
