”All staff were welcoming and friendly. I dont remember all names but a few are Hugo/bellman. Gladys/check in desk. Dani/Tuki bar. Ivang/Mesquite bar at the beach. Pedro/Arbol & Paleta restaurants. The food and drinks were good. Although there was a special event going on we were not ignored. Food came within 30 minutes. Room was amazing. 2 br/2 bath ocean view suite with kitchen dining rm and large balcony. Very Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped...

”It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

”Es muy bonita la propiedad…pero creo que los restaurantes dejan mucho que desear; especialmente el de playa. Está muy precario. Si pide uno cualquier cosita adicional como pan o tortillas no tienen. El servicio de cocina es muy poco colaborativo, especialmente para este tipo de hotel de “lujo””

”Vidanta Grand Mayan in Neuvo Vallarta was incredible! After an initial hiccup with checking in, our stay was truly magical. The location is lush with greenery, boardwalk paths, ocean views and tasty food options everywhere. Our kids (9/9 and 5) loved the many pools, fountains and lazy river to play in.
