”Very nice property lots of amenities but understandable why the room we had was discounted close to housekeeping carts noise in the morning but we were up early anyway, so was not a big problem I would recommend it will be going back if needed and try and enjoy more of the amenities”

”cute hotel, love the retro vibe! Definitely needs some sprucing up. Lounge chairs around pool are beat up. Rooms are comfy, but could use a good detailed cleaning. All of that said, I would stay there again. ”

”The location was good and close to Palm springs downtown. Pool area was nice and well maintained. The room was a bit small but had been updated. It was a bit dark and could use better lighting in the room and bathroom. Smoke alarm green light flashing at night a bit annoying and entry door could use a seal around the door. I give it a 3.5 star. ”

”We liked location of hotel which was close to restaurants, shops and the museum. I was excited that I booked a room with patio and a firepit. Didn't realize it was a shared patio and firepit and firepit didn't work. Hotel provided a Keurig coffee maker which I appreciated. There was 3 coffee pods plus 1 tea. Creamers were also provided which was a nice touch. However there was only 1 packet with a stirrer, 1 sugar packet, 1 sweetener, a 1 napkin. I know it's a silly little criticism but leaving...

Arkena oli erittäin hiljaista, aulabaari ei ollutkaan toiminnassa, aamiaista sentään sai, jos ei halunnut lähteä muualle. Siivous ei tullut automaattisesti, vaan se piti pyytää, jos halusi. ”We recently stayed at The Westin Mission Hills Resort in Palm Springs, after a bust of an VRBO rental, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. ”This hotel has the best amenities in the area. Lake access, pool, jacuzzi, great views, easy access to the Lake Arrowhead Village (Upper and Lower). A Large property with a great restaurant (we had Breakfast there) and a Spa which was AMAZING. It is truly the hotel with the best amenities in the area.
