To be honest, I am one to not complain about hotels. I usually ride out the stay and move on; however, in this case I just had to write this review as awareness to travelers. To be fair, the property was clean...they are always cleaning, and their air conditioning works very well. Those are the only two good comments I have. The food is very bad and overpriced. The menu is very limited and you have to make a reservation for dinner if you wish to dine on-site. They make you go through the hassle of reserving even though 2 to 5 of the 20 tables are occupied during the evening. The staff is very rude, specially if you are a tourist. They will get upset at you and start yelling for any question you ask, almost as if you are supposed to know the answer. Getting beach towels, for example, became a monumental task of 30 minutes because the reception would tell us to go to the bar to get them, and the bar would say go to the reception. They had us going back and forth trying to get towels. All while yelling at us for asking. In the end the hotel manager and staff ended up arguing over who was supposed to handle the issuance of towels. In summary, they do not know what they are doing...do not stay here. Do not give them your money. I will flat out say that this is the worst property where I have stayed.
