”We were in town for a fishing expo. We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. 3 guys were fine with one on the couch. A really great spot for two couples. Parking was easy when we were there, but maybe not always. The place was clean. Access was unique but convenient. The location was really perfect for us. Thanks for a great visit. We will be back!”

Getting in was super easy. Edward even mailed a package back to me that arrived after my departure. Very fast communication. I would love to try to snag this gem for Newport Folk Fest.”

”It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

”Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”
