Modern Home Perfect for Vacations in Sparks / Reno

Whether visiting The Biggest Little City in the World, vacationing at Lake Tahoe or in town for one of the many conventions we would love to host your stay. Our home is perfectly located to allow access to all that Reno has to offer without having to be directly in the middle of it. Our proximity to I-80 places us 10 minutes from downtown Reno. The Sparks Marina, The Outlets at Legends and Wild Island Family Adventure Park are practically right next door. See you soon and safe travels!

Our modern centric home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The best thing about our home is its location. We are surrounded by almost everything you can think of restaurants, shopping centers, golfing, parks and of course casinos. We offer all the amenities without the hassle. We invite you to come see for yourself.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. Please do not use the fireplace.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Sparks.

One of our favorite locations is the Sparks Marina. The Marina offers walking trails, sandy beaches and includes areas for windsurfing and sailing to swimming and scuba diving to fishing and boating.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Reno a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Great location
The home was very convenient to house my family which were here to help me clean out storage units. We really didn’t spend much time at the house but to clean up after a days work & sleep. There was plenty of room & the home was very comfortable. Great location for restaurants & activities nearby for all ages of a family. Host is very accessible for any needs should you have them.

So Great!!
So clean, so cute, and the location was perfect! We had 8 guests at the home (6 in beds, 1 on the couch, 1 on an air mattress) and were not crowded at all. Access to the garage was a huge plus as parking was a little tight with the extra vehicles. I always had a very quick response back from the owner. Definitely one of the better rentals that I’ve stayed in!

Worked for us
Came to fish pyramid but our normal place was not avail so we booked here. Responsive owner with very quick replies to questions. Lots of rules and fees assessed for breaking them. Wasn't an issue since we were there only to sleep but could be a turn off. Not much seating space. Dinner is it at the counter as there is no table and just one small couch in the living room. Flooring needs some help.. not sure if it qas water damaged or installed wrong but large gaps between planks and areas are bowed. Over all it was workable for us and the owners were very helpful

Good place to stay
The place is nice, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Hosts were responsive. Note that there is no dining table, there’s a couple of bar tables for seating but if you want to eat on a table you can’t. The hot water in the shower is tricky, other reviewers have suggestions that worked. There’s a nice patio if you come when the weather is nice.

Upon arrival to the house, the code took several times to open the door. I wasn't able to confirm a specific time of arrival, so it may not have been programmed until the owners saw me on the Ring? When my teen took a shower, he never got hot water... The handle goes halfway between hot and cold and no farther, when I messaged the owners about this, I was informed to barely turn the handle and there should be hot water - when I took a shower that worked. The WiFi kept disconnecting from our phones, that wasn't too big of an issue as it stayed connected on my son's Chromebook so he could do his school work. Wifi worked on everything else. I got a message reminding me of all the rules and fees for not following the rules the day before my arrival. Rules seem pretty strict , but I don't rent my house to others so I'm not aware of the reasoning behind it. The fees are pretty steep for violating the rules. I felt as though I was going to unintentionally create additional costs upon departure. I rented a house to avoid Covid restrictions at public places, I didn't feel like I could have guests without being watched by the owners. I was able to work around that, but it didn't feel like "home". I felt safe in the neighborhood. Had use of the garage to park my car which was nice. The owners responded to my messages promptly. I would have liked to see the place a little cleaner, especially with the no shoes rule. With it being laminate flooring throughout the house, I was expecting immaculate cleanliness. That was not the case. Overall, we weren't in the house much. It was a place to shower, sleep, and do school work for the most part. It was a centralized location to visit family and friends and ultimately I avoided Covid restrictions which was my main goal. We had a good visit.
