”not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! ”

”We had a blast staying on Owasco. Morning trips on the kayaks followed by exploration of the surrounding areas was great. A quick trip to Cayuga or Skaneateles gives you infinite options for food, drink and entertainment!”

”It was very relaxing. The place was very clean and accurate described. Ann Marie was very nice and very helpful. She willingly shared her knowledge and her grapes and plums as well. The only disappointment was not being able to catch a salmon. One day I will. The place itself is all I expected from a cabin on a lake. And for us the stair climb wasn’t that difficult. Loved the use of the rowboat and canoe.i definitely would stay again. We enjoyed.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake, it was just what we needed. Beautiful view, quiet, spacious, and everything else we needed. We traveled the wine trail a bit, purchased a lot of wine, and had dinners at Wolffy’s around the bend. Hanging outside on the deck watching the birds and enjoying the peace. We would love to come again and this time of year was perfect! Thanks for sharing your home! ”

”The place was nicely remolded and looked like the photos. However, there was a terrible bug problem. You could not open the doors once it got dark out because hundreds of bugs would get in!! The counter tops would be filled with dead bugs the next morning. We would have to clean and vacuum a bunch of times. They seem to be trying to fix it by putting bug lights in the house. ”Camp Shah was a fantastic getaway for our extended family. We had such a great time swimming, kayaking, sitting around the fire and playing cards on the screen porch. The only suggestions I have is that the 100lb weight limit on the bunk beds should definitely be listed, and also possibly an upgrade to the refrigerator. Other than that, the property was wonderful and the owners were super responsive, friendly and helpful. I'd rent it again.”

”Great amenities! Lots of room to have family over to visit. Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! Host replies very quickly and came out to property when I missed the return text..much appreciated !”
