”Lovely room - it was well equipped and great location. Disappointed with the customer service - did not feel valued as guests - from a perfunctory Manager to bar staff that did not even look up from washing glasses whilst waiting at the bar. This is down to training and never went beyond the minimum customer service. Shame as the room was excellent but customer service let it down.”
