”We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. ”The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. ”The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet.”
