”I thought the food let down this excellent resort quite badly, with the big exception of the pastry chef who managed to produce astonishing and inspirational cakes every day. The buffet main courses were simply slop every single day which is unacceptable in a resort like this. Please be aware that rooms with sea view really mean looking out over a lagoon with an ugly construction site on the other bank. ”

”Hotel was very nice and staff got high customer service attitude. All our questions or problems were solved professionally and in a polite way. Room was very clean and housekeeper made a great job doing towel animals almost everyday. They were magnificent! Though under the beds were a lot of dust. Our room had fitted carpet and some people like it, my wife doesn't. Free Wi-Fi worked only in lobby and outside areas. Sometimes also in room balcony. In the hotel food were very expensive...
