”This hotel is really far from normal tourists spots but we wanted to hike a mountain near by so I selected this location. I really enjoyed our time here and the view was pristine and untouched land. The rooms have big windows so you have a great view. ”

”Picked the place for price level, I was the only customer that night. so obviously it was very nice and quiet. good stay for sure. only issue was eating, so you must drive some 10 km to nearest restaurant or gas station . very nice "icelandic" views!!”

”That was the best place we stayed in Iceland - clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, seems like new, extremely friendly owners, who offer coffee/tea and freshly baked waffles on breakfast! there is a fully equipped kitchen you can use - that comes extremely useful! Thank you, Unnur! ”

”The property was in the middle of nowhere but still easy to find, especially in the dark. I switched to this place at the last minute and we were mostly glad we did. The staff was wonderful and the homemade bread and jam was fabulous. Our bathroom sink and tub were not draining very well so we had to be careful about that. The room walls are VERY thin so the noise from the other people were a bit disturbing. From the pictures we thought we would have a separate cabin but ours ending up...

”Nice questhouse-hostel. Ous room was clean and bathroom quite new. The hot pools in the garden were great! We didn't have breakfast, but were allowed to use the small kitchen in one of the buildings. Only minus was the air ventilation: in the mornings the air was quite bad and heavy but the windows can be opened so it wasn't a big deal. The dogs and cats were funny. There's no restaurants or such nearby, so you are going to need a car.”

”Quiet, comfortable stay on a farm that was just outside of Vik and close to Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern and spacious, and even though they were 'shared,' there was always at least one open whenever needed. The other guests were quiet and considerate, so we would definitely stay here again.”

”Apartamento amplo, reformado, bem confortável e bonito. Linda vista pelas janelas bem grandes. Cozinha nova e completa! Localização muito bonita e tranquila, mas bem afastada de qualquer local. Não ha funcionarios no local, mas as duas vezes que precisei conversar com alguém, fui prontamente atendido pelo telefone e as duvidas foram resolvidas rapidamente e de maneira cordial.”
