”We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

”Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation. ”Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. ”Our extended family of all ages plus one small dog greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, extra bathrooms, and a functional kitchen. ”The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. We were offered another room, but given our short stay, and the fact that we were told other rooms were the same, we decided to stay. Hopefully the problem can get fixed for the future guests. ”
